Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you share with WVLNGTH.
What we collect
When you join the newsletter, we store your email address, the page you signed up from and the signup date. Partnership enquiries include your name, email, company and role. Film submissions include the contact details and film information you provide.
How we use it
We use newsletter signups to send future WVLNGTH experience updates and Frequency weekly, based on your consent. We use enquiry and submission details to review your request and respond, based on our legitimate interest in managing collaborations and programme consideration. Submitting an enquiry or film does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Storage and sharing
Information is stored through Lovable Cloud and handled by the WVLNGTH team and service providers needed to operate the website and communications. We do not sell your personal information. Providers may process data outside the UK; applicable data-protection safeguards are required for those transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep newsletter details while you are subscribed. We retain enquiries and submissions only as long as needed to review them, manage relevant conversations and meet any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information.
Your choices and rights
To unsubscribe now, email hello@wvlngth.io with the subject “Unsubscribe”. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw newsletter consent, or object to or restrict processing. You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics is currently disabled. If enabled in future, it will load only with your permission through the footer preference. We do not send your email address or form contents to Google Analytics. Essential browser storage supports website preferences and the private preview. Embedded third-party forms or services may have their own privacy notices.
Contact
